-Chili scrambled eggs.

I give them a good stare-down every year and this year was no different.I almost ALMOST actually went ahead and bought one this year, but then I remembered who I was and that coming up with practically free solutions to these things is kinda what I do..

I remembered that I have this giant Easter basket already that I picked up at a thrift store a few years ago for $3.It was a little orangey so I white-washed it with a mixture of Light Antique White Crafter’s Acrylic (DecoArt) and water..I love the kinda French country look it gives the basket.

Then I realized that all those fabric basket liners are is a big oval of fabric with some ties. And I could probably manage something to that extent on my own.. Now, this is not a no-sew project, because that would mean that I was making a basket liner exactly the same way as the “real” ones, but without sewing.

This basket liner is completely fake in everyway.

So it’s faux sew!.We get so much dust and pet fur that seems to find a home on them and spraying it directly with glass cleaner (or my favorite, rubbing alcohol!)

often seems to make half of it stick to the glass and get left behind.Quickly remove all of the excess dust and debris before you do the final shine by vacuuming it off with the soft brush attachment!.

Vacuum bed sheets and quilts between washings to keep pet fur from building up.We are definitely one of those “pets are allowed on the beds” kind of households.
